How long does a typical restoration take?

A standard door restoration requires 5-10 business days in our workshop. Complex projects or multiple items may take longer. We provide estimated timelines with every quote.

Do you work on-site?

Most restorations are performed in our climate-controlled workshop for optimal results. On-site work is available for items that cannot be removed, such as built-in frames or oversized doors.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Greater Toronto Area with pickup and delivery included. Extended service to surrounding regions is available with transportation fees based on distance.

Is the consultation free?

On-site consultations are complimentary for projects estimated at $400 or more. For smaller projects, we charge a $50 assessment fee, credited toward the project if you proceed.

Do you provide warranties?

All restoration work includes a 2-year warranty against defects in our workmanship. Extended warranties and maintenance plans are available for heritage properties.

Can you match existing finishes?

Yes, we maintain an extensive library of stain samples and can custom-mix finishes to match existing woodwork. Color matching is part of our standard service at no extra charge.
